Sleep

Well for awhile I was not sleeping well, maybe two months ago and it bothered me. And then I broke the funk and started sleeping ALOT(10-14hours/day), and became hard to wake, and found it very difficult to stay awake! But now in the past three weeks I have noticed that my sleep pattern sucks! For a week or so it was due to Mark's pain and needs. And then it was due to my insane homework load, but this week...well I have no excuse except for...going back to work? Another thing is once again I am not sleeping soundly and very un-Meg like have been waking up at 8am the last few mornings (weird).

My alarm has already been set for 9am tomorrow, but here I sit at 2am....and I am totally not prepared for bed.....grrr!

I hope my sleep routine normalizes soon!

  1. If you figure out how to shift your pattern let me know! I am awake at 2am and sleeping past 9am instead of having extra time with myDarren (or being productive).
